On 17-18 April 2018, the Expo Mazury in Ostróda will host the third edition of the Mazury HoReCa trade show. The previous two editions enjoyed great popularity among exhibitors and visitors alike, attracting more than a hundred companies from the hospitality, restaurant and catering industry. Last year, due to the growing interest in high-quality bread, confectionery products and desserts, the formula was expanded to include issues related to baking and confectionery, and the positive feedback we received from our guests persuaded us to continue with the initiative for Mazury HoReCa 2018 as well.
The formula of the trade show is based on short business meetings between exhibitors and potential contractors (Hosted Buyers), which allows companies to reach out directly to an interested audience, forge new business contacts and sign the first contracts. Nearly one hundred Hosted Buyers met with exhibitors during Mazury HoReCa 2017.
A special highlight of Mazury HoReCa is its prestigious culinary contests. Apart from the return of the well-known "Master Challenge", "Poultry on Polish Tables" “Goose Meat in the Restaurant", this year's edition will also feature a new competition targeted at Country Housewives' Clubs from all over Poland, held under the auspices of the Marshal of the Warmia and Mazury Voivodeship. The Marshal will also extend his patronage over the Regional Zone, featuring the best regional products.
